The architecture of the Ancestral Puebloans blows my mind. The masonry, and cosmicly aligned structures at Chaco Canyon are, from my perspective, one of the most impressive things I have ever seen.

I was working on an archaeological survey on the panhandle of Florida during the winter this year, right after Trump got elected. Things felt very heavy, and you could see the scheduled bomb tests on Eglin Airforce base (where we were working) from the crew house on the beach.
